Hi! I’m Karla
I am an educator with a passion for teaching young kids how to uncover their AWESOME. My 15+ years of experience working with children through teaching, coaching, childcare, and raising four kids of my own has taught me this: KIDS CAN. They can solve problems, they can speak up, they can get curious, they can overcome, they can do hard things! They can! They can! They can!
So, what do I do?
So what do I do? I’m glad you asked. I offer high-quality live virtual classes to learners from all over the globe. My class content focuses on topics like: growth mindset, character building, social skills, and social emotional learning. My classroom is a space for all kids to feel supported, loved, and encouraged to be their AWESOME and authentic selves.

My 5-year-old granddaughter did a year-long outschool class with teacher Karla this past year. I can not say enough about how wonderful a teacher Karla is. She made all the kids feel so special and welcome. She made a difficult subject ( social skills, confidence building, peer relationships) so fun and enjoyable for my granddaughter. Each and every week my granddaughter was so excited to be in her class! Karla is really gifted at engaging children in such a loving and caring manner and teaching them so many new life skills! As a therapist myself for almost 40 years, I was incredibly impressed at Karla’s ability to teach and inspire these young children to build self-confidence and learn how to handle challenging social situations. Karla is a true gift and I really believe the skills she taught my granddaughter will be lifelong for her! Thank you so much dear Karla!
Class with Teacher Karla should be an essential part of every developing child's schedule. Not only does she teach incredibly important topics, but she does so in a way that students can connect with. Classes are fun, super engaging, and every student is given ample opportunity to contribute. My child loves Teacher Karla's classes, and I love that my child is learning and practicing/roleplaying these important life skills in a welcoming, safe, and supportive class environment.

Just amazing! Such a valuable class, led by an amazing teacher. Ms. Griffin takes complex and important topics and breaks them down in a way that kids can understand, and makes it fun for the kids to learn.
